Pyromania - Bombs
This is an old article from 2011. I was a kid. I learned a lot since then,
so please do think twice when taking advice from me as a kid.
After a rather long break from programming (did a lot with Blender the past month) and also a break from posting on this blog I am now back with a little update on Pyromania. Although it was possible to set Bombs before, they usually weren’t placed correctly (Had to convert the player position (which is in global coordinates) into map coordinates (tile coordinate) and had a bug in the calculating).
Now the bombs are placed where they should be. They explode after 2-3 seconds, spawning an explosion that doesn’t do much yet. That’s what I am going to work on next…
